I love designer bags, I love affordable designer bags even more. As much as I want to spend every penny I have on a mulberry purse, I know that this is unrealistic.

So I’ve made a helpful guide to designer bags that come in at under £300 but are still utterly beautiful bags. They just won’t bankrupt you!

Kate Spade Cameron Street Mini Candace Leather Satchel – £268.00


I love love love this bag from Kate Spade! It’s such a wonderful colour and size, as well as a great addition to your spring wardrobe!

As this is Kate Spade you expect a beautiful lining and this bag doesn’t disappoint, and the gold hardware is also fabulous!

Michael Kors Daniela Large Leather Across Body Purse – £240



This gorgeous bag by Michael Kors is so worth the price tag. It has such wonderful detailing on the front, as well as a sturdy strap and fairly roomy inside.

I also have to say that I love the magnetic close on this bag, for some reason these totally appeal to me in a big way.

This baby blue is the perfect colour to move you into spring summer too!

Ted Baker Verina Crystal And Pearl Leather Across Body Bag –  £215 


Ted Baker isn’t always my favourite brand, I’m not going to pretend like it is. However I love this really simple and classic bag.

I adore the boxy shape and the gold hardware in it, as well as how much room there is on the inside.

A perfect simple black bag for any occasion!

Aspinal Letterbox leather saddle bag- £295.00

Im pretty sure it was the red lining in this bag that won me over. This shape is a classic (albeit reminiscent of the Chloe Drew bag of 2016) and I still love it.
The contrasting leathers really draw in your eye, and the subtle Apsinal tag isn’t overbearing! I also love the zip pocket inside, as someone who constantly fears losing their phone this is a lifesaver for me.
For under £300 this is one of the best designer bags about!

Sophie Hulme Nano Milner mini envelope bag – £250


Sophie Hulme is one of my favourite designers, I love all of her bags. This one drew me in because of the wonderful colour.

I love giving an outfit a pop of colour with accessories and this beautiful aqua blue does just that.

I think this bag would be a great addition to your wardrobe, it has a classic design that won’t go out of style any time soon.

Kurt Geiger Emma leather bowling bag – £225 


I know Kurt Geiger for their shoes, which I lust over constantly. However, I now lust over their bags too.

I can’t get over how much I love this blush colour, I’m obsessed, I have a coat in it.

This bag is a wonderful spring colour. It is also super practical, with a huge inside that you can fit almost your whole makeup bag into!

I love the silver hardware on this, and for the price it is a a great cheap designer bag.

Radley Hardwick Large Leather Tote Bag – £219 



I feel like this bag is a real work bag. The long straps are perfect for carrying around all day, and the zip pockets mean that you can keep lots of things separate.

I love the colour of this bag, the rich navy will go with so much. Extra bonus points for the cheeky little pouch that is thrown in, love it Radley.

DKNY Bryant Park leather mini cross-body – £150 


This little olive green bag from DKNY is just what I would expect from them. A classic shape, lovely leather, long strap and lots of room.

For £150 I feel like this is the best affordable designer bag about at the moment, especially for such a trusted brand.

The best thing about this bag is that it could be worn to a wedding or with jeans and converse and not look out of place.

Rebecca Minkoff Mini Mac grained leather shoulder bag – £200


Finally, Rebecca Minkoff. I first heard of Rebecca Minkoff bags through Fleur De Force, and since then have love them.

At £200 this bag is a steal. The detail on it is amazing as well, with the classic clasp at the front and the tassel its a really beautiful classic bag.
