The Easiest Healthiest 3 Ingredient Flapjack

I’m about to lay on you the easiest flapjack recipe you will ever get. Legit, this is a life changingly simple recipe.

It is also really great for anyone who is trying to cut down on their refined sugar, saturated fat and processed ingredient free.

So here they are, my no crap flapjack!

Ingredients for healthy flapjacks –

  • 50ml of Maple Syrup
  • 30ml of Oil (Coconut or Rapeseed is the best)
  • 1 and a half cup of Oats

How to make healthy flapjacks –

  1. Mix all the ingredients together into a bowl
  2. Push them into a lined baking tin, preferably 20 x 20
  3. Bake at 180 for 15 mins until they’re golden brown
  4. ENJOY!

These flapjacks are lovely as they are, but they can totally be spiced up. Some of my favourite ways are wit sea salt, cinnamon, ginger, raisins, apricots, dark chocolate and peanut butter!!!
